House Rules
To ensure a great stay for everyone, please review and respect the following rules.
No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside and on the property.
No Pets
We love animals, but pets are not permitted at this property.
No Parties
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
Don't Use Fireplace
The fireplace is decorative only — please do not use it.
Max 8 Guests Overnight
No more than 8 guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Please be quiet and respectful of neighbors during quiet hours.
Before You Go
Please complete the following before checkout. Thank you!
Launder All Towels
Run all towels through a regular wash cycle on hot. Use detergent and bleach or OxiClean provided in the laundry room.
Load & Start Dishwasher
Load all dishes into the dishwasher and press start twice.
Clear Out the Fridge
Empty and dispose of all used food items left in the refrigerator.
Take Out the Trash
Gather all garbage from the kitchen and bathrooms. Place in the bins outside the garage. If check-out is Wednesday, place at the curb for morning trash pick-up.
Return Furniture
If any furniture was moved, please return it to its original location.
Replace TV Remotes
Place all 3 TV remote controls back in their original locations.
Tidy the Patio
Leave the patio tidy. If the BBQ was used, scrape the grates and remove the trays.
Lights & Appliances Off
Turn off all lights and appliances before leaving.
Lock All Doors
Ensure all doors are securely locked upon exiting.
