·March 2026·Stayed over a week We had such a great stay at Javier's place! Felt at home from day one with the beautiful decor, wonderful outdoor space, and fantastic pool! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home, and we were grateful for all the space to work from away too.
The location was perfect for getting to beaches! We were so grateful for the beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels too - made our packing that much easier. Also close to great restaurants and Clover Park for some spring training baseball.
Javier is an excellent host - always responsive and super easy to work with. We'll be happy to book with him again in the future.

·August 2025·Stayed about a week This was my family and my second time staying at Javier & Sandra's home & definitely won't be our last. It is the absolute perfect home away from (Jersey) home. The home is spacious, clean, relaxing. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, spices, condiments, coffee, so many appliances including an air fryer and rice cooker and so much more. The pool area is my favorite place to relax before and after working. The office space for work is perfect.
Javier & Sandra are very responsive, flexible, kind and understanding. Five stars all the way!!

I was down with my family for a golf tournament at PGA Golf Club. The house was perfect for us. The outdoor space was perfect for the whole family, especially the kids. There was plenty of space and the place provided everything you could possibly need. Javier didn't miss a thing. Thank you for a great experience.

Our family felt welcomed and comfortable right from the start. The home is well laid out, well stocked and the housekeeping details were superb. The pool is such a treat.
I had a last minute booking from Alaska due to a funeral and I was welcomed in very quickly, the host was very understanding and it was very beautiful and an enjoyable stay. Definitely worth the pricing and would recommend to others as well.

·July 2025·Stayed with kids The house was exactly as described! Beautifully decorated, spacious, and perfect for our group. The outdoor patio and pool area were ideal for both relaxing and having fun, with floatation devices thoughtfully provided. Both the kids and adults had an unforgettable 4th of July. Javier was an outstanding host. His communication and hospitality were truly above and beyond anything we've experienced before. He made sure every detail was just right for our stay. We talked about how much fun we had the entire ride home, and we'd love the opportunity to return to Javier's place in the future. Highly recommend!
·March 2025·Stayed about a week if you are looking for an amazing over the top clean place to make memories that has all you need and more look no further because you have found it , everything about place was perfect everything about the hostess was perfect so human and friendly not like robotic holiday let's at all. went above and beyond to help make our difficult trip ( for personal reasons) so much easier. I do not have enough words to express how thankful we were and how at home and comfy we all felt. get it booked guys because it won't be free for long xxxx

·April 2025·Stayed a few nights Very nice and tastefully furnished house. Super equipped kitchen. The house has everything you need. Wonderful barbecue area. Everything you need for the beach was there. Everything clean, comfortable beds, a real home. We can fully recommend the house.

·February 2025·Group trip Wonderful place. Extremely clean. Everything fits his description & photos perfectly. 20 to 30 min to several beaches, 35 minutes to Quail Creek Sporting Ranch, 45 to 50 to Lake Okeechobee. Would definitely stay there again.

·March 2024·Stayed with kids The location was peaceful and with access to gas stations, grocery stores, and main roadways. The house was beautiful and spacious. The bedrooms were very comfortable and suitable for a family with children. The kitchen was well equiped and open to the dining area. The pool was big enough for a small group and accessible from various rooms. The backyard was screened and shaded, allowing you to enjoy the breeze while using the pool, BBQ, and TV. The host was attentive and left clear instructions to make your stay a pleasant one. Definately, I would book it again if I return to this area. I recommend this place.

·September 2024·Stayed a few nights Javier & Sandra's listing was EVEN BETTER than what we expected! We were blown away by the home itself, but it was really the attention to detail that made my family & my stay the perfect experience it was. The TV outside by the pool was perfect for my husband & I to relax by after a long day's work. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything a person could need including a rice cooker, air fryer, pressure cooker & more. Every bedroom was stocked with towels, a hamper. The office space was perfect! The aesthetic of the home was calming and peaceful. The pictures on the listing don't do it justice. Absolutely beautiful, clean & relaxing home.
